A highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success, Quality & Compliance Manager is needed to oversee client satisfaction, service quality, and compliance standards across business operations. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in client relationship management, quality assurance, and compliance oversight who can drive operational excellence while ensuring a positive client experience.

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and reviewing client communications to ensure professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Managing client concerns and escalations, resolving issues effectively to improve customer satisfaction and reduce refund requests.
- Conducting quality audits of employee deliverables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service standards.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and employee performance KPIs.
- Collecting and analyzing client feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
- Ensuring all client-facing activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.
- Creating and maintaining compliance frameworks, checklists, and reporting systems.
- Overseeing refund approval processes and managing compliance-related escalations.
- Providing coaching, training, and feedback to employees on communication standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Identifying compliance risks and implementing corrective measures to maintain operational integrity.
Job Requirements
Interested candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Client Success, Compliance Management, Quality Assurance, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management principles, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to analyze customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working within consulting, coaching, or service-based organizations is an added advantage.
