Job Description

A highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success, Quality & Compliance Manager is needed to oversee client satisfaction, service quality, and compliance standards across business operations. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in client relationship management, quality assurance, and compliance oversight who can drive operational excellence while ensuring a positive client experience.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and reviewing client communications to ensure professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Managing client concerns and escalations, resolving issues effectively to improve customer satisfaction and reduce refund requests.
  • Conducting quality audits of employee deliverables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service standards.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and employee performance KPIs.
  • Collecting and analyzing client feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
  • Ensuring all client-facing activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.
  • Creating and maintaining compliance frameworks, checklists, and reporting systems.
  • Overseeing refund approval processes and managing compliance-related escalations.
  • Providing coaching, training, and feedback to employees on communication standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.
  • Identifying compliance risks and implementing corrective measures to maintain operational integrity.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Client Success, Compliance Management, Quality Assurance, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management principles, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working within consulting, coaching, or service-based organizations is an added advantage.
