Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across Engineering Technology, Training, Consulting, and Outsourcing divisions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, business plans, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and service expansion across multiple business streams.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of technology solutions, training programs, consulting engagements, and outsourcing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while improving customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion opportunities.
- Design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize operational systems for efficiency and productivity.
- Manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, trainers, and operations personnel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies while mitigating operational risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant advanced qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior operations leadership roles within multi-service organizations.
- Proven experience managing engineering technology, software services, consulting, training, or outsourcing operations.
- Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to scale business operations, improve profitability, and drive organizational growth.
- Excellent financial management, budgeting, and profit-and-loss management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience within engineering solutions, HRTech, consulting, managed services, or technology-driven organizations is desirable.
