Job Description

Alphabeta Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced Manager, Marketing & Sales to lead strategic growth, revenue generation, market expansion, and brand positioning across its technology advancement, fintech, and revenue enhancement solutions. The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in fintech, enterprise technology, government solutions, or B2B/B2G sales, and a proven ability to lead high-performing marketing and sales teams.

Salary: N800,000 – N900,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Lead revenue generation initiatives for enterprise technology, fintech, and revenue enhancement solutions.
• Drive market penetration across government institutions, enterprises, and other strategic sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Oversee brand management, digital marketing campaigns, media visibility, and product positioning activities.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting processes, and conversion optimisation strategies.
• Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to support business objectives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing and sales team to achieve commercial targets.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support business decision-making.
• Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasts for executive management.
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools to track performance and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong experience within fintech, technology solutions, SaaS, revenue systems, or public sector engagement.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and business analytics solutions.
• Ability to develop and execute revenue-focused growth strategies.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, pipeline management, deal closure, and revenue optimisation.
• Experience building relationships with government agencies, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
• Strong communication, pitching, and business development skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support innovation in technology and fintech solutions.
