Moniepoint Incorporated is hiring an experienced Lead, Quality Assurance to oversee and scale its Quality Assurance function across multiple engineering teams. This leadership role is ideal for a quality engineering professional with strong technical expertise, proven people management skills, and a passion for delivering reliable, high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across multiple engineering teams.
- Develop and implement scalable quality assurance strategies, standards, and testing frameworks.
- Mentor, coach, and support QA Analysts and QA Engineers to improve performance and career growth.
- Design and oversee manual, automated, regression, exploratory, and performance testing processes.
- Build dashboards and reports to track QA metrics, including test execution, defect trends, regression rates, and overall product quality.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to review product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA tools, workflows, and engineering practices.
- Promote a quality-first culture by working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure the QA team has a strong understanding of products to create user-focused and comprehensive test cases.
- Analyze testing data and provide actionable insights to improve team performance and product reliability.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, including 4–5 years leading engineering teams.
- Previous hands-on experience as a QA Analyst or QA Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Java with experience in automation and testing tools.
- Experience testing APIs, microservices, web applications, and native mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and pub-sub technologies.
- Experience with performance, security, monitoring, and other non-functional testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Harness.
- Knowledge of AI or machine learning-based testing approaches is an added advantage.
- Strong experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
