Job Description

Dragnet Solutions Limited is hiring a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across its portfolio of business solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise business development, strategic account management, and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to drive business growth across existing and prospective corporate clients.
  • Convert qualified leads into long-term clients while identifying new business opportunities and expanding strategic accounts.
  • Generate revenue across recruitment, assessments, training, digital identity, scholarships, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion through renewals, upselling, and cross selling.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasts and opportunity tracking.
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation, contract execution, and client handover.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives, procurement teams, and key decision makers within enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long term client retention.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to account executives while ensuring CRM compliance and sales performance reporting.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage large corporate accounts and successfully close enterprise level sales opportunities.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue growth, client acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention.
  • Experience selling technology solutions, HR solutions, recruitment services, assessments, identity management solutions, compliance services, training, or similar enterprise products will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating sales teams is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
