A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Sales Operation Lead to oversee and optimize commercial operations. This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical professional with strong expertise in sales operations, CRM management, commercial reporting, forecasting, and process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing sales performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline while ensuring CRM data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline movement, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance insights for management.
  • Coordinate proposals, bids, and tender submissions across multiple departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting structures, and operational workflows.
  • Support the implementation of AI-powered tools and automation to improve sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Bid Management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, CRM platforms, commercial reporting, and sales performance tracking.
  • Experience coordinating bids, proposals, tenders, and cross-functional commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue operations, pipeline management, and business reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience improving business processes, operational efficiency, and commercial governance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Experience within technology, professional services, HR services, recruitment, training, compliance, identity management, or enterprise solutions will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and sales tools is desirable.
