The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, strengthening cybersecurity, managing enterprise applications, and leading technology projects that support business operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Respond to security incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical support to end users through help desk and remote support services.
• Manage IT service delivery processes and maintain agreed service levels.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain new IT systems, software, and business applications.
• Train employees on the effective use of IT systems and applications.
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned for future improvements.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget and monitor technology-related expenditure.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Prepare reports on IT operations and spending.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (Technology Focus), or a related field is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or related certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, strategy, consulting, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership, managerial, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Sound knowledge of network protocols, network devices, and network security.
• Experience with server administration, operating systems, database administration, scripting, and automation.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, cloud services, and cloud migration.
• Knowledge of ITIL Framework, service desk operations, and problem management.
