Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline while ensuring CRM data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline movement, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance insights for management.
- Coordinate proposals, bids, and tender submissions across multiple departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting structures, and operational workflows.
- Support the implementation of AI-powered tools and automation to improve sales productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Bid Management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, CRM platforms, commercial reporting, and sales performance tracking.
- Experience coordinating bids, proposals, tenders, and cross-functional commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue operations, pipeline management, and business reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience improving business processes, operational efficiency, and commercial governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience within technology, professional services, HR services, recruitment, training, compliance, identity management, or enterprise solutions will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and sales tools is desirable.
