Job Opening: Head of Credit and Marketing (Retail, SME, Liabilities)

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Credit and Marketing to lead our initiatives in retail and SME lending. This role will focus on developing strategies to enhance our credit offerings while driving marketing efforts to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit and marketing strategies for retail and SME segments.
  • Oversee the credit assessment process to ensure sound lending decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote credit products and drive customer acquisition.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in retail and SME lending with a strong understanding of credit risk.

Salary: ₦8M–₦12M per annum
