Job Description

Mamacass Restaurants is hiring an Assistant Business Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service delivery. The role involves assisting with staff supervision, operational coordination, inventory management, and maintaining quality service standards within the outlet.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Outlet Manager in coordinating daily restaurant operations efficiently.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service are maintained.
  • Assist in achieving sales and profitability targets through effective operational support.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Support inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction processes.
  • Supervise cash handling activities and ensure accurate daily reconciliation.
  • Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly outlet environment.
  • Act as the outlet lead in the absence of the Outlet Manager when required.

Requirements
  • OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certification or training in food service management is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a QSR or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
  • Customer service oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift schedules.
