Job Description

A reputable Brand & Growth Agency is hiring an experienced Brand Growth Strategist to drive strategic planning for client projects. This role is ideal for a professional who can transform business objectives into practical brand and growth strategies that deliver measurable business results while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive brand and growth strategies based on client briefs.
  • Prepare and present strategic proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic direction to execution teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor campaign and business performance, refining strategies where necessary.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the improvement of the agency’s service offerings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or growth strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of brand positioning, customer acquisition, and commercial growth.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to solve complex business challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and adaptability across different industries.
Salary

₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month plus benefits.
