Job Description

PWAN Regal is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support its growth in the real estate sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of expanding the company’s client base.

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Promote and market real estate products and services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and marketing skills
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
