Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and onboard new Priority Banking and Premium Banking clients while driving profitable portfolio growth.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth individuals to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking, investment, wealth management, mortgage, and lending solutions.
  • Generate business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, alliances, agency channels, and other lead-generation sources.
  • Ensure all client onboarding activities comply with regulatory requirements, KYC standards, and internal banking policies.
  • Monitor customer accounts and portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling and relationship expansion.
  • Collaborate with wealth management, treasury, credit, and investment specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and risk management procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, onboarding issues, and exceptional cases in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support service excellence initiatives by providing exceptional customer experiences throughout the client lifecycle.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant sales experience within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and affluent banking clients.
  • Strong business development, sales, and client acquisition skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and banking regulations.
  • Knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), anti-money laundering requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
