Job Description
Elevate BPM Solutions is hiring a Customer Success Specialist.
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of customer tickets from logging through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Respond to emails, helpdesk tickets, and live chat enquiries
- Support and monitor interactions from our AI assistant, and step in as needed.
- Assist with customer onboarding and feature discovery
Key Requirements
- 1+ years in customer support
- Experience with SaaS, Ms Teams and helpdesk
