OSSAJ Services is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to drive digital demand generation, lead acquisition, marketing automation, and recruitment marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the complete digital customer journey, optimize marketing performance, improve conversion rates, and support talent attraction efforts across multiple business units.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with web developers to improve website performance, landing pages, user experience, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and lead capture systems.
- Build and manage automated lead nurturing workflows, audience segmentation, lead scoring models, and CRM integrations.
- Execute and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and retargeting platforms.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Create dashboards and reports that track key marketing metrics, including lead generation, acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology solutions, automation tools, and AI-driven systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Develop employer branding content and talent attraction strategies to strengthen recruitment efforts.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics, including cost per applicant, cost per hire, and time-to-fill positions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
- Proven experience implementing marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization, SEO, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and analyzing marketing performance data.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of lead scoring systems, marketing automation platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Excel.
- Experience working within construction, facility management, manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM WAT.
