Job Description

A fast-growing company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Growth & Partnerships Executive to drive business expansion, acquire strategic partners, onboard creators, and accelerate marketplace growth. This role is ideal for professionals with strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new business clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, communities, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Source, recruit, and onboard quality content creators across digital platforms.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, conduct presentations, negotiate agreements, and close partnership deals.
  • Track business development activities using CRM tools and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce is an added advantage.
