Job Description
A firm is looking for a Head of Technology professional to lead their technology strategy, systems development, infrastructure, and digital innovation. The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise, proven practical experience, and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organisation’s technology strategy.
- Oversee technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and technical operations.
- Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity.
- Lead technology projects, system integrations, and process automation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Manage technical resources, vendors, and technology-related risks.
- Support efficient digital operations and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proven practical experience in technology management, systems implementation, and IT operations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, and data protection.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering technology projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Must have a reliable remote-work setup, including a laptop, stable internet connection, and appropriate communication tools.
