Job Description

Revent Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. In this hybrid, full-time role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by translating complex requirements into clear system specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating data-driven digital solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience as a Business/Technical Business/System Analyst.
  • ​Experience in financial services, banking, investment management, or a regulated environment.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ​Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, APIs, system integrations, databases, and data flows.

  • ​Experience with SQL, UAT, Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ​Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
