Job Description

The Human Resource Manager role at DAG Industries Nigeria Limited involves leading the people and culture function to align workforce strategies with business goals. Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm), Saturday (8:30am – 1:30pm)
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦650,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs) that support measurable business outcomes
  • Lead the development and execution of people and culture strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Manage full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and exit processes
  • Support leadership with workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs, including leadership and capability-building initiatives
  • Oversee employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communication frameworks
  • Create, standardize, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Provide advisory support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development matters
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Supervise administrative HR functions to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CIPM certification is mandatory (SHRM or HRCI certification is an added advantage)
  • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial HR role
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, workplace trends, and labor regulations
  • Proven experience in performance management and organizational development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
