Junior Sales Agents (Telesales)

Location: Remote (Lagos)
Salary: ₦100,000 per month

We are looking for motivated Junior Sales Agents to join our telesales team. This is a remote opportunity that requires individuals who are goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting products and services.
2. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
3. Maintain and update customer records in the sales database.
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
5. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
• HND or BSc qualification.
• Must own a functional laptop and an internet modem (no phone hotspots allowed).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
