Job Description

Deshapeables is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Online Customer Support Representative to manage customer interactions, process orders, and provide exceptional support across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Salary: N200,000 Monthly

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other online channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and support to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities to encourage conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Monitor customer conversations and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in WhatsApp and Instagram communication.
• Sales and customer service experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer enquiries efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
