Job Description
Pathfinder Consulting is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Personal Brand Partnerships & Visibility Manager to lead initiatives that enhance the founder’s visibility, authority, and influence across the global education, career advancement, and international mobility sectors.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a personal brand growth strategy that positions the founder as a recognized thought leader.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, educational institutions, organizations, and professional communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, podcast hosts, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Pitch and secure media features, guest articles, podcast appearances, interviews, and public relations opportunities.
- Source and coordinate speaking engagements, conferences, panel discussions, and industry event appearances.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements, partnership deals, and collaboration opportunities that expand visibility and revenue potential.
- Research and pursue industry awards, recognitions, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships that align with the founder’s brand positioning and messaging.
- Track partnership activities, media opportunities, and visibility initiatives through regular reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Strategic Collaborations.
- Proven experience securing brand partnerships, sponsorships, media placements, or visibility opportunities.
- Experience working with founders, executives, influencers, public figures, or personal brands is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and networking abilities.
- Ability to identify high-impact opportunities that drive visibility, influence, and audience growth.
- Strong research, planning, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
