Job Description
Gate84 is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its social platform. This role involves working closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a product that meets user needs and drives engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong product thinking, execution ability, and a deep understanding of user behavior and growth strategies.
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct user research and interviews to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and wireframing to launch and iteration
- Develop, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap and backlog
- Implement growth strategies, including viral features and user retention mechanisms
- Track and analyze product performance using metrics, A/B testing, and user insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Communicate progress and updates effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management
- Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and execution abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Knowledge of consumer marketing and growth strategies
