Job Description
An experienced Production Coordinator is needed to coordinate daily production activities and support efficient workflow across the production floor. The successful candidate will help ensure production processes run smoothly, targets are achieved, and operational activities are properly coordinated within a plastic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow across the production floor.
- Monitor production processes to ensure activities remain aligned with planned targets and schedules.
- Support production planning and coordinate resources required for efficient manufacturing operations.
- Track production output and prepare accurate reports on production activities and performance.
- Identify operational challenges and work with relevant teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Monitor compliance with established production procedures, quality standards, and workplace requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials and other production resources.
- Maintain accurate production records and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in plastic manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 is mandatory.
- Good understanding of production planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a floor-based production role.
- Ability to coordinate multiple production activities while maintaining attention to detail.
Work Environment
This is a floor-based production role that requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate production activities, monitor processes, work closely with production teams, and support the achievement of daily production targets.
Salary
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
