Job Description

The ideal candidate should have experience in product marketing, brand management, content creation, and digital campaigns, particularly within the technology, app, or digital product space.

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to support the successful launch and growth of the Pathfinder App.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Create and maintain consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and marketing materials across all platforms.
  • Produce engaging content for advertisements, email campaigns, social media, blogs, push notifications, onboarding journeys, and promotional materials.
  • Lead the creation of creative assets including graphics, landing pages, videos, pitch decks, brochures, and app promotion kits.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize campaign performance through testing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor key app performance metrics such as user acquisition, activation rates, engagement levels, retention, and conversion funnels.
  • Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Coordinate external creative resources such as designers, videographers, and content creators when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or a similar role within the technology, digital product, or app ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and brand management.
  • Experience creating high-converting marketing campaigns and creative assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret user behavior trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
