Revenue Officer (Health Line)
Job Description
A Revenue Officer is needed to support efficient revenue generation, billing, collections, and financial reconciliation within its healthcare operations. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong analytical skills and experience in billing or revenue management who are looking to grow their careers in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient billing, revenue collection, and payment processing in line with established financial procedures.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, refunds, and other financial records with a high level of accuracy.
- Reconcile daily revenue collections and generate periodic financial reports for management.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with patients, HMOs, NHIA, corporate clients, and other payers.
- Verify patient and payer information before billing to ensure accuracy and minimize billing errors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, accounting, billing, or finance.
- Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, HMO, or medical services environment is an advantage.
- Good understanding of revenue cycle management, billing procedures, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
Salary: ₦200,000 per month
