ASA Security Limited is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand its client base within the security services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting security solutions, and achieving sales targets across key market segments.

Reporting Line: Director of Security (DOS)
Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000 Monthly (Plus Commission)
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for the company’s security products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across residential, corporate, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client information using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to strengthen market position.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance updates for management.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- An advanced degree is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 7–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the security services industry or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling services to corporate organizations, residential estates, retail businesses, and industrial clients.
