A fast-growing player in the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and execute strategic initiatives. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N380,000 – N450,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and train sales team members to improve performance and productivity
- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve revenue targets
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and quotas across teams
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
