Rosabon Financial Services Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee its Asset Creation and Consumer Lending operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving customer acquisition, increasing loan disbursement, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business growth targets. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to develop strategies that improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Consumer Credit sales team.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate quality sales leads and drive customer acquisition initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and growth opportunities to support business development.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to improve sales conversion rates.
- Implement process improvements aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
- Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives across relevant financial products.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on team performance, sales activities, and key business metrics.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing of financial products, particularly consumer lending.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
