Job Description

Rotation and Precision Machines Limited is recruiting a Senior Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships within assigned industries. This role focuses on delivering sales targets, improving market share, and providing technical support to customers across various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and grow revenue across RPM product lines
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory and industry segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Promote and grow the sales of lubricants and machinery-related products in the Nigerian market
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical advisory services to clients
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product applications
  • Manage and follow up on leads, prospects, and existing accounts with professionalism
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and update activities using designated tools
  • Support the full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals

Requirements

  • BSc or HND in a related field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably in FMCG, F&B, or industrial sectors
  • Proven experience selling machinery, parts, or lubricants such as compressors, pumps, valves, conveyors, belts, or bearings
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering company with a strong sales track record
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented with a high level of resilience and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
