Job Description
Location: Oregun, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
Overview:
A growing organization in Lagos is seeking a competent and driven HR Executive to support key HR functions, drive performance initiatives, and foster a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel administration
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure equity and compliance
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR operations and employee management
- Knowledge of performance management systems and HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
