Job Description

Reposebay Human Resource Limited is recruiting an experienced Operations Executive for a reputable company in the oil and gas industry. This role is suited for a results-driven professional with strong operational knowledge, inventory coordination skills, and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency and timely service delivery.

Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and monitoring operational processes to ensure accurate and timely service or product delivery.
• Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across departments.
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports, documentation, and data logs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal availability.
• Maintain accurate records within operational systems and tools.
• Support the preparation of operational budgets and financial reports.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of operations experience, with mandatory experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in operational software and data management systems.
• Experience preparing operational reports, budgets, and financial documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
