Job Description

A reputable luxury fashion retail brand is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to support its Abuja flagship operations in Wuse 2. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage HR processes efficiently while contributing to a positive and structured workplace environment. The position offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting.

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Support payroll preparation and oversee benefits administration
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Assist in planning and executing training programs and staff development initiatives
  • Provide daily HR support to both management and employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably within retail or customer-facing environments
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
  • Interest or background in fashion and luxury retail is an added advantage
