A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join its team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing affiliate partnerships, expanding the partner network, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive business growth. Job Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and evaluate potential affiliate partners through various online channels.
• Onboard new affiliates by introducing products and services, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth integration process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to improve engagement and performance.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate activities and provide support to maximize partnership success.
• Collaborate with internal teams on departmental and company-wide projects.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to expand the affiliate network and increase revenue opportunities.
Job Requirements
• Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant field.
• Must be resident in Lagos.
• Applicants should not be older than 34 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct messages.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and a proactive work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to remain responsive and maintain professional communication when required outside regular office hours.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, sales, account management, online advertising, or partner/client relationship management.
