QHSE Lead at Beam Energy Limited

Beam Energy Limited is seeking an experienced QHSE Lead to oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems across its operations. The ideal candidate will drive compliance with industry standards, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure the successful implementation of ISO management systems while supporting project execution in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the company’s QHSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Organize HSE inductions, training sessions, toolbox talks, fire drills, and safety awareness programs.
• Coordinate management review meetings, vendor evaluations, and departmental risk and opportunity assessments.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, certifications, and documentation while supporting tender submissions with QHSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant QHSE experience.
• Experience working in an oil and gas or energy sector project-based company is required.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), HSE regulations, and ISO management standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage audits, regulatory compliance, and multiple projects effectively.
