Job Description

Estrada International Staffing Solution is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee sales operations, support team performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to sales representatives, monitor sales activities, and ensure the successful implementation of distribution and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of sales representatives to ensure effective sales performance.
  • Promote and strengthen the Advantage Connect distribution model across assigned territories.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to sales connectors while driving field sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify and report technical issues and support continuous service improvement.
  • Offer strategic leadership for multi-level and franchise sales structures within the Advantage Connect model.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand guidelines, and customer service standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, distribution, agency management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
