Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and annual business planning across Nigeria and Ghana, translating bold visions into measurable results.
• Oversee operations and financial performance, ensuring efficiency and maximum returns on investments.
• Design and execute expansion strategies, including launching new services and features to strengthen market positioning.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and market trends to develop tailored responses that drive growth and mitigate challenges.
• Manage and inspire cross-functional teams in both countries, fostering high performance and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Proven success in P&L management with consistent delivery against ambitious targets.
• Strong background in commercial operations and market expansion in complex settings.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies across multiple markets.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage large-scale projects and priorities.
