Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and annual business planning across Nigeria and Ghana, translating bold visions into measurable results.
- Oversee operations and financial performance, ensuring efficiency and maximum returns on investments.
- Design and execute expansion strategies, including launching new services and features to strengthen market positioning.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and market trends to develop tailored responses that drive growth and mitigate challenges.
- Manage and inspire cross-functional teams in both countries, fostering high performance and collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in P&L management with consistent delivery against ambitious targets.
- Strong background in commercial operations and market expansion in complex settings.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies across multiple markets.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage large-scale projects and priorities.
