Location: Lagos (Marina Axis)
Salary: ₦120k– ₦150k
The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing flight bookings, issuing tickets, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and confirm flight reservations for clients.
- Issue tickets and manage travel itineraries.
- Provide clients with the best travel deals and offers.
- Resolve booking issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in using booking software or travel management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a travel agency is an added advantage.
